Like a good wine, a good tea only gets better with aging. Our 20 year roasted oolong is handled with the utmost of care to ensure that only the best tasting and most fragrant of leaves are delivered. Every year for twenty years, this tea was re-roasted, enhancing the flavor of the tea; this is turn results in a super smooth, rich brew with a tantalizing aroma of chestnuts.
This meticulous aging process not only enhances the flavors and aroma of an already great tea, but it allows the tea to be infused up to fifteen times, almost double the amount of non-aged oolong. Each infusion brings out more of the flavorings and aromas, adding to the complexity to the tea.
